Kyren Wilson beat Fan Zhengyi 9-6 to reach the International Championship final, his twelfth consecutive match win and a shot at back-to-back ranking titles
Kyren Wilson is one match from a second ranking title in a fortnight. The Northern Ireland Open champion beat Fan Zhengyi 9-6 in Nanjing on Thursday to reach the International Championship final, stretching his winning run to twelve matches and setting up a Saturday showpiece against either John Higgins or Chang Bingyu. It was not the cleanest route. Wilson trailed early, needed snookers as much as scoring, then closed with three ruthless frames.
